Boohoo deliveries delayed

Apparently Boohoo have about 2 weeks' worth of deliveries backed up somewhere - an error by Royal Mail, I was told when I phoned this morning. They are trying to get everything out for early next week (though too late for me as I won't be seeing the person again before Christmas).

i hope not i placed an order on wednesday and was told that everyone would be upgraded to free nxt day delivery using a code which i did i was under the impression it was a hermes type delivery as they said they can arrive up to 9pm hmmm my delivery didnt arrive yesterday will wait and see if it arrives today fingers crossed huh

if you order by this week..would they still deliver it in January? would you have to pay the VAT Increase if they do?

im up in scotland i ordered the boots special offer about 2 weeks ago just got my delivery today

I have still not received mine, which i ordered on the 4th December. Their customer service is non-existent too, it seems!

Yes, i would love to, but i would actually need the products i ordered first.
