Hope you can help. We are out of our 3 year fixed rate and on SVR for about 8 months now. Is now a good time to enter into a tracker mortgage?

It depends on many things - what the SVR is, how much the tracker is, fees, your own attitude to risk, your LTV, your salary multiples. Each individual is different, with different circumstances.0

Most lenders SVR tend to act a bit trackerish anyway.0 -
