I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my M&S points to be added.

My first couple of orders I had to wait about 4 weeks, then I emailed Pigsback, and Ciara put them on manually for me. Since then, I have placed a few more orders, and emailed Pigsback, but they said that they are waiting for a database from M&S before they will credit the points (this time it wasn't Ciara, I think she's better at sorting the points stuff out more quickly).

Now, everytime I try to email pigsback, the email gets bounced.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Anyone ordered books from Amazon through them? I presume once I clickthrough that's all I need to do?

Worried that I'll order and then find out that it doesn't work!

No you need to go back to the Amazon pigsback page and fill in the details of your order ( cut 7 paste ) and then press send. This goes to pigsback and they credit your points within 14 days. A simple click through is not enough .
