Hi Droops I need your help again. Looking for my CT and I have no boxes at all on the screen any colour, the rest of the page is as normal and my weekly quizes are working ok and points adding - thanks Dusty

Putting two and two together, Dusty, it looks as if PB have some serious problems with their site. I just tried to use their "Contact Us" facility to report my PiggyBank problem, but I got some daft error message about checking the email address (which is encoded within their "Submit" button): "email address seems incorrect (check @ and .'s)"

On the other hand, the home page loaded fine, with the usual grey outlines around the ads.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for the 50 piggypoints to be credited for signing up to the Visit London newsletter? I signed up on 12th October and there's still no sign of my points.

has anyone received their 50 points for the enjoy england city guide it said that points would be credited within 24 hours but i signed up on friday and i still have'nt got my points?????
