Seems the 200 points are for a first purchase the same as we get for CD-WOW first purchase. Maybe people who regularly buy from Amazon books wont get them then???0

I hope your account hasn't been cancelled because they think it is a duplicate account. Several members have had this when more than one person in the same family has been a member and they've all been logging on from the same PCs and using the same IP number and the same address. When an account is cancelled they don't even tell you, they just delete it. Fingers crossed this hasn't happened to you.
I am now getting my hubby to login from work only. Plus my daughter re-sets the IP number if she isn't logging in from college as she usually does. Fortunately we all have different addresses (hubby uses work, daughter uses college) and use different browsers anyhow.0 -

does anyone else access pigsback from your pc? this happened to me, and they had closed my account as my mum had been on PB at my house, and we both have the same name. They dont send you any correspondance to tell you this though
I had to ring them and explain to get my account opened again.
EDIT - try emailing them - membersupport@pigsback.com
or ring them on 0207 170 4010I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

On the Shop and Earn page there is a search bar. Ive never taken any notice of it o be honest, I just assumed that the only shops that pigsback dealt with were the ones they list on that page but my mum drew my attention to it the other day when she put in the model number of a TV they saw in currys and up came a whole list of other merchants you can get points from !
I tried it myself and up came woolworths, maplins and loads more !
All this time and I never tried the search bar !!!!
Have a try !

Thanks for this - there's loads more shops you can earn points on than I ever thought. I'll use this more often.0 -

Thanks a million Mandi moles. I've just ordered a TV from John Lewis and searched Pigsback thinking I might get points through them, but nothing came up. If I'd known this then I'd have found it. Did get cashback from Quidco but Piggypoints would have been preferable (5 points per £1 at Pigsback or 5% through Quidco).0 -

Which ancient rock star was described in 1962 as 'a threat to parent's daughters'?
Two little boys - Rolf Harris ???
Gave me two options: Tom Jones or Cliff Richard. Answer is Cliff Richard.0 -
Oh heck! Is it only one account allowed per household? I did not see that on the t&c, only stuff about one account per person. I have opened accounts for both me and my OH and we both use the same PC! Any info on this would be appreciated xxxIf we all lived to the rule 'an eye for an eye', the world would be blind...0

No, you can have one account per person not per household... but they seem to close people down without even checking with them!
Lots of people share PC's at home for their accounts, so I think PB should be more lenient and actually contact people when they think someone is commiting fraud!
Luckily we have 3 computers in our home, but not everyone is lucky enough to have that and most people only have 1... they should think about this first imo.0 -
Oh I only need 60 more points for a cd-wow voucher, does anyone know any quick point options?
Thanks

I only have the one pc here and 3 of us are using it to access our accounts without any problems, been a member for over a year now. We use them at different times, not sure why some people are getting accounts terminated and not others. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
