Thanks Seagal (and everyone else who has replied). I regretably did sign up for GetMeATicket so this could possibly be where I linked to Valued opinions from. If the two companies are in any way connected I'm not surprised to hear of other people being upset with either of these companies. I personally believe that GetMeATicket is running some sort of holiday/timeshare scam. When this was put to them and they were asked to clarify their actions they could not do so. I had terrible trouble trying to unsubscribe from them, and I know I am not the only one. I will investigate Valued Opinions further.

I personally believe that GetMeATicket is running some sort of holiday/timeshare scam. When this was put to them and they were asked to clarify their actions they could not do so. I had terrible trouble trying to unsubscribe from them, and I know I am not the only one.

I had a phone call from them yesterday saying i hadnt won one of their carribean holidays but guess what? I had won a european one.
I said No I dont want it thanks (only signed up with them to get points LOL)
My mobile is on their records but as I only turn it on about once a week for half an hour,dont see that being a problem.
