Strange - I had two CTs earlier but not the Blockbusters one others had had, it was just the grey band. Then went to cook tea and came back an hour later - low and behold, a Blockbusters CT.

Hi there

When people have had a "duplicate" account cancelled did they receive any communication.

My mate sometimes uses my laptop to access her account and her last voucher was sent to my address as she owed me a tenner. Tonight she can't log in her account shows as "Invailid Username" ?

She has had no eMails

no when it happened to me there was no correspondance. i had to ring them to find out what was going on.

same thing happend to me and my oh i was sent a voucher and then they cancelled both our accounts. no emails.
i reopened both our accounts using different emails. if the same thing happens again ill be emailing them to tell them the situation.
i do find it a bit rude that they dont email though, most impolite just closing accounts without warning.

Has anyone ever had a voucher just not turn up and had experience querying it with either PB or the post office?

I've got a Boots one which I think is missing in action! Can PB cancel and re-issue them?
