I don't understand - what's to clarify? Or am I being stupid and missing something?

Seems clear to me but if it helps I had a similar problem and sent them my confirmation e mail from Garlik and got my points the following day

Ive only been with them a month too.I got my first £10 boots voucher through the post this morning and have another 353 points in the piggybank.
You need to make sure your cookies are enabled when you clickthrough.On Opera which I use for my browser ,the click throughs show up as a shaded purple square,whilst the non clickthroughs are a plain grey square.

i had some piggypoints spare in my piggy bank so my little one wanted to get sommets so he chose a piigy bank

I've never had any CT's.. even the ones people have had on here.. they just don't show up or work or whatever.. I might try opening a new account... or better still making DH open one so I might get 100 points for referring him lol.. see if that changes things.. ooh I could try accessing on DH's lappy too..

I checked the cookies thing and disabled norton and they still don't show up as anything but the usual links.

I always have to be different lol

i've just had an email from pigsback to say i have won a cd from their daily quiz they said they are going to send the cd to my email address??? does that mean that they are going to send me a e-voucher for the value of the cd or are cd-wow just going to send it to my address and email me has anyone won this competition and can tell me how you get your prize? thanks in advance :beer:

In 'my account' under 'my categories of interest', have you got everything ticked?

Go into 'My Account', then 'My cateories of Interest' and select ALL at the top. That way you'll get clickthu's for everything. The same happened to me til I was told to do that, and now I get 2 or 3 every week;)
