  • Ouch! Duplicate post. Internet is really slow today. Please see below.......
  • I think you have to be really new to get them. People registered more than a week don't seem to qualify.

Does anyone know about this - can't find it on the website (seems to say spend £100 to receive 500 bonus points) - have they changed the offer?
  • naz.200 ....I saw that it's a spend of £100. Taken from PB site:

"This year, full of Christmas cheer, members who spend £100 or more in our Shop and Earn section from 13th Nov - 22nd Dec will earn a bonus 500 PiggyPoints! Your bonus PiggyPoints will be credited by 31st Jan."

PS. I went into the rewards section and it's showing that you can only choose rewards that cost 900 points or less. There's no "how many do you want" button at the side. Rather strange?!
  • Damn - I was going to order five things from CD-wow to get the bonus points (but it wasn't going to come anywhere near £100!!!!)

    back to the drawing board!!!

i think some people have had problems with this

as far as i have gathered, the best thing to do is to use paypal to deposit funds, as you can then forward a paypal reciept to PB if need be. the site is american, so the minimum deposit is $10. I would deposit it, play a few games, and then leave the money in the skilljam account until you have your piggypoints. Then withdraw back to your paypal account.

be prepared for a long wait for the piggypoints though!

Bizarrely, there is a Skilljam UK (http://uk.skilljam.com/front/front.asp) which would allow you to deposit £5 if Pigsback were to link to it rather than the US site. I haven't signed up for this yet because I assumed the link to the US site was an error that would get corrected when someone noticed. Hasn't happened yet, though.

I noticed this too - I assumed it is because I don't have enough points to order a £10 reward, they have upgraded the system presumably so you can only order what you have points for. How many points have you got???

    Hi XXX

    Thank you for your e-mail.

Yes you will still receive your PiggyPoints for depositing in Dollars as long as it is equivalent to £5 or more.

If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regards,

Provided we don't get to the point where £1.00 GBP = $2.00 US (although it's getting pretty close!) a $10.00 deposit at the US site should equal more than £5.00. I only realised the linking error after I had joined on 12th November. The site says 'Please Allow Up To 14 Days for Points To be Credited'. I am presuming that this doesn't include weekends so am leaving it a while longer before chasing as no sign of my points yet!
