You probably need to validate it... try going to the PB Forums, if you are not validated they will send you a validation e-mail automatically.

Have you been a member for more than 10 days? That might also be the case :beer:

My OH had the same thing after having been a member less than a week. He just emailed pigsback querying it and they seemed to sort it almost immediatly.

So all I can suggest is try emailing

hemihelp is a small charity and needs any help or publicity it can get so that it can become bigger, but already does wonderful things and gives out a lot of help to those who need it.
