This worked for multiple accounts on a single PC here, although I have noticed that its been difficult logging out in recent days, i.e it's skipping between accounts & I think this is PB's problem

Try it and see if it works for you, it did for my OH and myself,
I've emailed pigsback about it but they haven't come back to me.

Just tried this, unticked the box, tried to subscribe again but then it tells me I am already subscribed! I've tried twice so I'm either doing it wrong or it's stopped working.

did you press the "update my subscriptions" button after unticking the box....
