Think that's just a misprint on their part. The main part of the text says the closing date is 16th Jan 2011, and I know it's a new comp that has just been added to the site.
The question is about the front cover of the January issue too, so I really think it does end 16/01.

Although Company say it's a Daily comp, they sometimes don't post comps for a few days and then put two or three on the site at once.

I will keep an eye on it. x
