    Hi, sorry to bump, but it won't let me select a TV provider, it just has " please select" in the drop down. anyone have any ideas?

    It worked fine for me, but you have to complete the form in order I think (using FireFox 3.6.13)

    Give that a go and see if you have any success.

    Yes it does say in the T&C:

    Its the address when you auto fill, thats why I think ive already entered, I remember it from yesterday. If you click on 'find address' & select yours it will open the option to select TV provider. ;)
