DM Ltd--anyone know them?

posting for a friend. They have an account with Barcleys, which they have been paying in agreed installments since being out of work. I understand that dm ltd are a collection arm? is that correct?

Very unproffesional call from dm ltd, just asking for them by first name, friend told them to write. Does any one know what they are like to deal with?>

Sounds like Debt Managers. Pond life. I had the misfortune of dealing with them a few years back.Don't ever speak to the on the phone, only communication via letter.

Don't think so...but dont quote me on that. Are they based in Scotland??
