Another £12 for me today

I know this is a bit ambitious to be a saver, but can i join please? I hate £2 coins, ( for no particular reason ), so i always spend them first to get rid of them. But i keep seeing the thread popping up and thought, well maybe i should save them instead. Not that i've got them to save, but i'll try. I had 3 or 4 a few weeks ago, but of course i ended up having to spend them. I've got one i've had all week, and since its not likely to be any use with regard to paying my road tax, ( or much else for that matter), I will try and save it, but it may get spent this time next week, on the usual. Can't afford a piggy bank, so will have to scout around for an empty jar somewhere.

I've no idea what i'm saving for. Its such a long time since i've had ' spare ' money, so maybe a treat of some sort, although its so long since i've had a treat of any sort, i would'nt know what to buy. I know i'd like a trip to the seaside, be it a day trip, or a few days coutesy of the travelodge sale, so maybe i should make that my target.

Heres hoping i don't have to spend my first £2 coin.

I have not been online for a few days but have been given several £2 coins over the last few days so have added another £10 to my £2 piggy!

I'm back in! Have now moved and ready to save! I haven't got any coins yet but I do have a target... I'm 8 weeks pregnant so need to save up for our very long-awaited baby!!!
