ive recently bought some boots for my son from river island £49.99 they have just arrived they are exactly the same as online however they have come in a clear cello bag with a different code number on and a different product name and a different price £39.99 there is nothing on the boot or bag to say these are from river island apart from the outer packing which says river island on

ive just rung them up to ask why im paying £49.99 when they are priced at £39.99 they are going to ring me back

do you think they sell these boots at different shops im so confused and to you think im fair in asking for the £10 redund

Hey! Have you tried typing the product number (The one on the clear bag) into the search bar on River Island website? May come up with a product for £39.99 and your boots may have been put in the wrong clear bag.

Just a thought, would save you alot of time if so.

Hi I've just had this issue at All Saints, I bought a top for £45 but it turned up with a £35 label, I rang and told them - I sent an email confirming this and they refunded me the £10 difference no hassle and I got a £45 top for £35 :T
