Hi everyone, Hubby and I now have an appointment at Coventry court on Friday, I thought I was doing quite well. But today I feel a nervous wreck.
My hubby had a stroke in 2007,(the main reason for the insolvency) and along with substantial physical disabilities the CVA left him with severe aphasia (the inability to speak more than a few simple words). He understands the concept of Bankruptcy, and knows that we have to go for it, but can you see the aphasia being a problem?
