Superdrug code glitch? £10 off £10 min spend, £3 delivery

They seem to be slowly packing them up 2/4 despatched now fab to get some goodies cheap when most are spent out this time of year..

Confused, had an email saying my order was cancelled but just checked on SUperdrug website and says order despatched, so does that mean it has been sent?

Finally got an email saying mine has been despatched and giving me a tracking number. So pleased. Ordered at 11.57am and paid with paypal. Thanks to the OP as this got me the nappy disposal unit we wanted plus some wipes (to make the order over a tenner) for £5 with the postage

I was thinking that too...but my friends order got cancelled and she spent over £25. I only spent the extra 88p and got my dispatch email today??? Woohoo!! My first ever glitch. Seems paypal is harder to cancel than card because it is instant. Or maybe it depends whether you are new to Superdrug or ordered from them previously?? Who knows!! V happy :beer:

Sorry for all those who missed out - it does seem a little unfair - bet we'll all use paypal in future (where we can)! I'm usually too late for these but struck lucky this time.

This has helped me finish off those extra bits of pressies, just hope the delivery man can make it here through the snow. Not holding out much hope tbh, but lots of people are in the same boat and I'll just give those who are missing the pressies an IOU (they all have a main pressie so no-one is going without).

I've had my three dispatch emails this morning with tracking numbers but the email does not say which delivery company they use so you can track the parcels- does anyone know? Thanks

My one that came yesterday came via Royal Mail.:)

Thanks- The tracking numbers don't correspond to Royal Mail tracking numbers though!
