I get what you're saying and I've lost out of loads of glitches but I prefer to spend my money with the companies who have honoured glitches eg Body Shop, Evans, M&S, BHS and Crabtree & Evelyn just to name a few. There's so much competition for our cash these days, it certainly won't be 'cutting off my nose' for me to refrain from shopping at Superdrug, especially as I've only bought from them once before.

I'm sure the company won't give a stuff and that's fair enough.

I'm currently one of the people waiting to see when M&S will cancel all of our reclining chair orders that we lightheartedly nabbed for a pound, so it's not sour grapes really. I'm sure anyone who agrees with me isn't really taking all of this too seriously. Maybe my post came over as a bit too miffed - that's the problem with the written word, I guess.

But I definitely won't be shopping with Look Fantastic again, after the awful way they've handled their recent glitch. What bugs me (a little bit) is the way that they did it. A little.

    So it's all good :D

Roll on more glitches to give us all a buzz! :j
  • the two i paid for by card (first two i made) are cancelled, my third and final paid for by paypal hasnt changed yet. Fingers crossed!!!!!!!

Hmm one of mine has been cancelled (typically the one I really wanted!!) and the one I wasn't so bothered about (loads of MUA and a serem) has been released for delivery, despite the fact that the MUA stuff was ordered last.

I guess because the first order was higher value items or something?? Or maybe it's the paypal thing, like you louise my MUA order was paid by paypal hmm...

Will stick to boots in future :D

Has anybody who paid using paypal had the cancellation email?

I haven't had the email yet
  • I ordered two lots on Wednesday. So did my sister, and my s-i-l ordered one. Three were paid by paypal which have all now been dispatched, but the two paid for by card have been cancelled - so I think the paypal one 'might' be ok. Fingers crossed.
