I think it means the order has been released to the warehouse for preparation ,it definitely doesn't mean it's dispatched as I have been through my previous orders and they definitely state dispatched ,not released for dispatch.

I placed two different orders, got despatch email and now got a cancellation email, so looks like its not being honoured

Wooo, have had one despatched. Fingers crossed they don't notice my other one and it gets through, it was a perfume for me, teenage people have had enough spent on them.

Cod eonly took 10% off but managed to get 3 for 2 on my make up and free delivery so not too bad.

Looks like the glitch has been fixed, just entered the promo code and it's only taken 10% off.
