Website says they guarantee delivery before Xmas on orders placed before 2pm on Monday 20th unless you live in Northern England or Scotland. It does say that weather this week may change this (or maybe huge number of orders from MSErs!)

I made two orders. I used two separate accounts, but used the same name, address and card details. Both are saying 'released for dispatch'...whatever that means.
