    anyone help with what my tracking means ? especially the last line !

    Thorntons tracking is diabolical. It always has that last line on mine, so don't panic. Soon (Hopefully) it will say that it has been passed to courier. It will get to you eventually, it depends on the courier they are using. Mine was Hermes :(

    Was on hold for ages today then cut off :mad:. I managed to get through this evening to cancel my order and ask for my money back. The choccies were for gifts at school and the kids have broken up now, so the order is no good to me.

    For a company selling pretty high price chocolates (at least by Cadbury/Nestle standards) the level of service is pretty poor. And the website is even worse than that!

    You'd think it was some back-street firm selling cheapo chocs off a market stall.

    That way, they are paying for keeping us hanging on.

    I struck lucky with my CS lady. She was so ground down with the poor service from Thorntons. She totally understood my disappointment and tried to help - but the managers are complacent.

    I suggest we phone Thorntons on the freephone number and let them know- at their expense and to the managers - that they are a pain in the **** and causing a lot of upset by promising much and delivering zilch.

    I didnt do this offer but another one with the intention of using for school pressies, two weeks later no despatch and nothing from CS. Finally managed to get through to them and cancelled it as they advised they had no stock of the items ordered so they had just left the order pending.
