Why no advantage points on line or from catelog

Does anyone know why Boots do not accept advantage card points on items brought or from there new in store catelog (which you can pay for in store) as the item I want (which is normally in store) is not available in order to make room for all the christmas gear

I would give Boots customer services a ring. Explain that the item is usually instore and therefore would they make an allowance and let you use your points to pay for it. I've always found Boots customer services very helpful so it could be worth a quick call.

I have phoned up customer services and the customer service rep basically said at the moment they cannot accept advantage card sales via the internet, call centre or even through their brochure in store.

He did however saythat they are looking into it and if enough people keep on asking it might be something that will happen
