Hi
Thanks in advance for any advice , hints and help
I am trying to get organised for Christmas (there is always a first time
and as we have a little boy of 19 mnths think that the customised calendars will be a great idea for gifts for grandparents etc
there seem to be so many people offering these and i would like some feedback on who are good in terms of the quality of the product and value for money - i dont necessarily want to get the cheapest if it means that it really does not look good
thanks again

I've never bought one myself, but I know a few people who have done the NCT one. They look really good.

Klick the highstreet photo store... https://www.klick.co.uk/index.html have a wide range of personal gifts, if you go in store they currently have promotions on calanders they start at £5.99"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"0

I used https://www.mythomsonphotos.co.uk to order a "birthday calendar" last year. I liked the software, and I could use it offline. An A3 calendar cost £9.99 plus about £1.99 post and packing; and I have to say the quality was really very very good indeed. Excellent quality paper, well-bound; and the pictures were proper calendar/photo quality. Oh - and I wasn't limited to one phot per page; they give you a choice of layout for each page - you could theoretically get about 200 pictures in it - I settled for around 40.
This year, they also do Agendas (Diaries, to you and me); and "Wall planners" - that translates into what you and I think of as a normal 2007 calendar. My wife wants three - one of the grandkids; one of our holiday in Italy, and one of my brothers kids for the in-laws. So she obviously liked the quality.
So did I - and at less than £12 delivered, I'm still getting brownie pionts every time she turns the sheet.
You can tell I was impressed - can't you?

someone at work has the vistaprint triange desk calendar with photos of their kids. You upload your pictures on line and can write your own dates on the calendar bit (eg putting in family birthdays). It looks really glossy and good quality and cost less than a £50

Yeah I got some from an online store called www.top-gifts.co.uk. A4 version is at http://www.top-gifts.co.uk/personalised-photo-calendar-for-2009-a4---13-pages-3-p.asp and A3 version at http://www.top-gifts.co.uk/personalised-photo-calendar-for-2009-a3---13-pages-5-p.asp.
See http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=6097378&highlight=amandathepanda1#post6097378 ... I mentioned it there.
If you add 'DISC10' in the discount / voucher code section, it gives you 10%. This means the A4 photo calendar is only £8.99 :j

another vote for photobox.co.uk"This is a forum - not a support group. We do not "owe" anyone unconditional acceptance of their opinions."0
