Looks like as of today they have stopped doing tracker mortgages for 90% LTV 
This was the product we hoped to go for as thet seem to have a good rep and we seem to fit their criteria

They may not have just stopped I applied for a joint mortgage at 2x joint income and it was a no no with good credit history.0
