yes you need to print out your dispatch/confirmation email.(thats what boots say). see above posts, i've never had any bother, just give name or have text etc.
its not click and collect though, orders are dispatched to store and will be there on thursday.
i hope all goes well with collect instore as i'm in scotland and my store is tiny so only chance of getting it, need one for mums christmas, and one for my christmas, from me!!

Lol I think I will get it delivered to my home incase they want to play the jobsworth and want a printout thanks anyway
