Loads left in Wakefield at 3.30 this afternoon ,couldnt believe it ,i think Mr Boots may well be left with alot of these.

i brought one today no problems
looked at it when i got it home and they have given me 2 scrubs instead of one scrub and one moisturiser
do you think if i took one scrub back they would give me a moisturiser.??/

Is the boots site down?
I just had a text to say my orde was ready for collection but I only ordered it this morning do they ever use store stock for online orders as I dint understand?
I was just going to check on the website but can't get on??

I'm sure they will. Last year there was some issue with the lipgloss not beingbin the box and they got replaced ok if I recall.

Paulwellerfan - give the store a ring i got mine home to find two items mising they just said to come in to store and they would give me them. I went into store and they just gave me them never even asked me for my receipt to prove I had baught one in the first place. Worth trying to see if they will do you a swap
