Hello everyone. Please can someone help me.
Basically my friend visited with her little dog, who promptly urinated on my new rug (the dog not my friend). The rug is a mid brown colour. I have finally managed to get the horrible smell out of it, but I'm left with a faded patch thats almost cream! (I think I rubbed some of the dye away as well as the urine!) So I'm trying to darken the patch slightly so its not so noticeable. I have so far only tried dark vinegar and it hasn't done much. Thank you in advanced.

Tea is good for staining so you could try that. I just don't hope you end up with a dark patch instead.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

Tea! Why didn't I think of that. To be honest I'd rather have it a little darker, it really stands out as it is now. Thanks for your suggestion - and I don't have to buy anything special0
