How do I get this in my itunes library? I see the songs, but cannot get them on?

Just managed to do it, but am worried I will be charged as it took me to my payment details.

In my Itunes store it says items purchased, will I be charged?
This is the first time I have dowloaded anything from iTunes?

Hi its shouldn't be a problem as the download is labled free album. They take you to the payment screen every so often to check it is up to date.
