Leggings help please

Options
Which are the leggings least likely to split at the seams please?
I have to get my daughter some for Christmas and as ALL of hers are split and they are only a few weeks old I thought I'd see if anyone knew which were best. She's size 14 adult, average height.
Many thanks

  • I've had a pair from new look for several years and they are still going strong! Go for fairly thick and stretchy material, the thin ones wear out too quickly.
  • many thanks

I got mine from Ethel Austin and same as above I got the thicker ones which are great
  • I tried some on in new look and when i got to the changing room i noticed they were all ripped down the seams so didn't bother!! I'm really pleased with mine from dorothy perkins tall range, but probably the same quality as their normal height range, lol

i got mine from Primark, but not the ones in the clothes section, the ones i buy are in the underwear section and are wrapped up, think they are called control leggings but they are seamless and mine have lasted for months.

best ones ive had are from top shop, slightly more expensive 12.00 but deff the best ive gone from a size 16 to a 20 and am still squeezing into them they havent split dont get knees and are less see through than any others ive found sadly i need new ones as these dont realy fit any more but top shop only go up to a 16 so cant get another pair from there but am reluctant to swop them for ones which will not be as good .

    I've been Money Tipped!
I got mine in Primark, same as nikflo, they are called control leggings or something along those lines. They are only £4 but are better quality than more expensive ones I've bought elsewhere previously.

If she keeps splitting them not being funny maybe just buy a size 16, so they don't need to be stretched as much but will still fit tight to her leg?

I always buy M&S Limited collection ones and have some really thick ones from H&M which seem to be good, but I've only had them a few weeks

Try Warehouse, I have a few pairs which wash and wear very well with no bobbles
