Nothing, just an observation.
It was my time spent calculating that so what's it got to do with you?
but let's get back onto the original point - Repossessions are due to go up in 2011, they're due to go up by only 4,000 to 40,000.0 -

It should be pointed out that Graham does occasionally 'bore' readers on forums other than this particular one.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -

17 posts, oh dear me. Could do that in five mins. Shoot me.
Least you can actually keep tabs on my post count. I don't change name
You just have two browser windows, one for you and one for rewired to thank you posts afterwards.0 -
FTB, you're getting caught by the usual tactic that the ghetto HPCers - trying to take away the focus of thread away from it's initial point because they don't like it.

In other words they're going to remain flat, around the 40k mark.
Pretty encouraging given the turmoil a lot of people have had to face over the past two years.0 -

never mind - they'll be another bad news story they'll selectively post a thread about soon...0 -
pretty much 4,000 more repo's will have very little effect on house prices, despite deliberately missing the key information on this thread - good news for people struggling and bad news for some 'people' on this forum.

Exactly, ZERO effect on Land registry reported figures as they EXCLUDE repossessions.Plan
