So are we only considering the last 12 months in our assesment of who was right or wrong.
Or is it 2004 to 2010.
I'm pretty sure its not 2007 to 2010.
I mean, if someone decided not to buy in 2005, then there's no chance they might have also decided not to buy in 2006, or 2007, or 2008 etc.
Thats just not the way it works in "select two arbitrary dates" land.0 -

Look, I've told you Geneer, I am not going to be the one responsible for getting you all upset again. Debate over.0 -
Blimey Graham: you quoting anything from the Direly Excess must be some kind of a record. The piece was written by Elvis Presley with graphs by John Lennon. I thought you of all people would recognise it for the credible journalism it truly is. . .0

Guess you could say the same about average wages.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

Your area might not be doing so well (some aren't) but Land Registry has prices up about that amount over the year so it probably isn't too far out.

That's the problem with the housing market, its a bit fragmented (and judging by your Beano remark its also a bit emotive).0 -

No problem (I would get some negative feedback elsewhere for trying to distract posters).
