hi there, does anyone have similar dealings with online finance. I want to settle my car loan, but they have whacked on nearly £800 in admin charges, for letters sent out for late payments, sometimes two or three in one week. Should i use the same letter quoting unlawful bank charges? Thanks anybody for your tips
