That sounds exactly like me, I ordered that Julien Mcdonald Metal Flower, Necklace, Bracelet and Earrings and they didn't fly THAT fast and I was pretty quick off the mark.... I did place 1 big order, with all 3 items so this time I've placed 3 seperate ones.
Still not Impressed by Debenhams this year..

(also asked who I could email to complain and I got an auto response saying the email channels were down for the forseeable future... so no complaints and Debenhams can do what they like!:mad:)

I ordered the Jasper Conran earrings and matching bracelet and didn't get those either,you wouldn't mind so much if they let you know quicker,after this much time had elapsed i thought i was getting them.

I tried emailing them about a 1kg size of Dairy Milk that arrived all broken and got that email repsonse too,so i wrote a letter last week complaining and i haven't heard anything yet.

Oh actually mine was Jasper Conran. I was just totally appaulled that they cancelled it and didn't let me know and the snotty bloke at customer services said "well if you check your bank statement properly, you would have eventually seen us refunding you the money and known we had cancelled the order..."

My bars were the same - compleatly smashed to pieces and must have melted a bit as they had that white powder you get when they reform. My email respons was to return them using the return slip. A bit of a pathetic response when I had already said this had been thrown out and the only way I knew anything was wrong with them was when OH opened a bar.

Thanks so much as always, just got a few bits and pieces. Lovely set of 6 crystal wine glasses reduced from £45, to £10. I hope they arrive, look lovely on my christmas table!
