Afternoon everyone,
Not had the best start to the week. Me n OH have decided to seperate. Everything is in my name house, all the hh bills and our loan! He's moving out as soon as he can get somewhere sorted.
Feeling a little lost at the moment as i dont work (have 1yr old and 4yr old at nursery) and finding a job to fit in with ex hrs and kids was impossible. I've done the sums and i should be able to manage (mortgage will have to stay on interest only for the foreseeable and havent a clue what to do next with it!). PAD's maybe a little scarce till i know whats what money wise Should be able to make a pad tomoro.£387.39/£196.46

That's terrible news Nickynoo. So sorry. No chance of a reconciliation? These things are so hard to do on your own.0

Hiya hun, no theres no chance we'll be getting back together. It's been on the cards for a while and it's defo for the best. I know it's gonna be tough, my main concern is the house but i'll cross that bridge when/if i get to it.
So while i still can i've paid £60 o/p to the loan

Just £20 today, but....
.... I'm taking on some more work tomorrow:j. I thought it was just going to be 3 or 4 hours a week, but after a telephone call today it looks like it will be more like 15 hours which is brilliant. Maybe I'll reach my target this year after all.

That's great news Walnut! :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Sorry, that probably wasn't very clear. If I have a credit card balance of £2500, and I spend £500 on it making the balance £3000, I carry on making the payments towards the card, but don't count them as payments towards this challenge until the balance reaches £2500 again. So once the balance is back to where it was, that is when I start counting the payments towards this challenge.
Is that any clearer?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
