Can anyone help? Not sure if this is the correct place to post but it is a shopping query and a warning!
I recently purchased from zavvi, have done a few times with no problems. But it seems that they have taken the money from my account twice. I have emailed them twice, first time they cancelled an order that had nothing to do with this payment with no explanation. Second time... well i am still waiting for a reply and/or a refund. This was last week. So i have got to the point where i want to complain to their head office but can't seem to find an address. Anyone know what i should do?
Also if you have purchased from them make sure you check your account!:mad:

You would have been better off phoning customer service rather than emailing, often gets better results.
