am i liable for sellers fees

Hi all,
i now have to put my house on the market as instructed by OR !:(
does anyone know if i am liable for any sellers fees,enrgy certificate etc the mortgage was included in the bankruptcy as i am already giving the OR 50k which is all of my equity i really dont want to give them a penny more unless i legally have to.
i am also unemployed so dont really know how i am going to find this extra money if i have to "quite worried:eek:"
can anyone advise/help please.
