Self Assessment Tax Return

I have a property that I let out and I am about to do my self assessment online for the income I have gained from the property.
When I rented out my property at the beginning I used an Estate Agent to manage the property.
I am aware I can put their fees against my rental income for tax purposes, however can I include the VAT they charged on top of what they charged as well?
I'm not VAT registered if that helps.
Many thanks in advance for any advice given.

Yes, you have to include all the VAT you were charged - by the estate agent and other suppliers.0
