From the front page of RE at the moment:
Urgent Note - February Payment Details
Due to February being a short month we have processed all payments today, 23rd February. This has caused some users to see a minus figure on their homepage as payments have been made ahead of schedule. The minus figure will be rectified on 25th February. You will still receive payment as normal on 28th February.0 -

Yes it has gone down.
By the time you order all your required item, these jobs usually leave you out of pocket. More so now the reimbursement has dropped. They're ok if you're happy filling in a report for a discounted meal though.
Yeah done a couple of the Mexican ones and do think it is worth it for a cheap night out for the two of us, and will still do them for the reduction but if it goes any lower prob not.0 -
Yep, as MG says there is a world of difference between recording the shop, mainly for audio and to remember things, to covertly performing a video shop.
The equipment is high-definition camera and audio and picks up a lot of detail. It's easy to use but difficult in that you obviously can't fiddle with it to get the shots you need. The reports are based on the video footage and so is the feedback!
It is expensive but it's a LOT less than it used to be when cameras were the same size as handbags and were hidden in them.
However, for your purposes, there is no reason not to vid a shop, just be really subtle. There is apparently footage out there of a shopper being chased out of a shop and down a road...
Me and my husband are both doing mystery shopping, doing between 5 and 10 shops a week each, plus we could use the equipment in our own business too, so we wouldn't mind investing, obviously it depends what price range we are talking about. What sort of spec do I need to look for, and would it be likely to increase the amount of MS jobs we would be offered and/or our fees?
Could be worth at least keeping an eye out for a bargainGoal = £9,000 in 2011, starting in March
Current total - £779 banked by 09/04/11
Also growing, scrimping and crafting to not need as much in the first place!0 -
It's annoying about the RE reimbursement for the restaurant. We managed to sneak in just under before but now - no chance of a free meal!0
