Ha! Now I've picked up a posh sarnie shop and managed to stop all the airport ones showing, that's probably a good idea:)

They reimburse but need to save your receipt (Or they did the last time I did one)

:embarasse Quick question - probably very silly.

I've had an email from RA saying I've been accepted as a mystery shopper, and they would email me with any suitable jobs. But on the front page here it says self-allocation via the website - I've had a look at the website but can't see where to log in and see what's available. Can anyone shed any light?

I've had an email saying I've been accepted and I'll get an email when they have assignments available near me. It does say if I want to change any details I should log on to My Profile on the website....but I can't for the life of me see where I can do this when I go on to the homepage!

On mine when I go to the homepage
its says sequential solutions and on the top right is a big blue box with various options- the first being about the profile and changing password.
Have you got that?

I was trying to go in from Retail Active's homepage - therein lies the problem :doh:

I seem to recall the same problem when I signed up - you should get a second email with password, and it never came. I sent an email and got the password reset and readvised. When you get access you can reset the password and complete your details (payment etc.)
