Gap have been very good to me. I have only been with them a month and they've let me do more jobs than my quota. Give them a ring or send email with the ones you are interested in and hopefully they will help you.

Its up to you some people get the refund as its more money (thats why I pick the cheaper items.... personally i don't like to waste food etc so a packet of crisps or bottle of water is nowt) sometimes they replace it its up to you!

I send them an enquiry via the website yesterday but heard nothing back as yet. Is it better to email/phone a certain person directly?

I never hear anything when email through the site but find that when email with this address get either a phone call or email back

Just found the email address on the first page, logged in to Gap to get the assignment numbers and the ones I could do have gone :doh: Oh well, at least I'll know for next time!

Have hd a search as I know it's been talked about before but couldn't find it, not sure if it was a couple of threads back even so will just ask again and then duck for cover!
Did a little job for they who musn't be named yesterday that I had to buy things with a certain date/batch code... what usually happens with what you have to buy? I'm sure it was some sort of sauce that it was talked about before maybe?!? It says I have to keep them until someone tells me whether they want them returned, but just wondered what usually happens, ie has anyone ever had to send anything back anywhere??

I've never had to send anything back. Getting rid of 53 packs of meatballs & mash a few years ago was fun!!!!
