Dear Shopper,
Was he wearing a wedding band or ring of any description as he sounds like someone I have been waiting for my whole life.

Fruit_and_Nut_Case wrote: »ukmonkey kindly sent me a copy of the fabulous spreadsheet referenced in the first post of this thread. Thanks for that.
As I suspected when I requested a copy, it is designed to work with Microsoft Excel. As someone interested in moneysaving I use OpenOffice.org Calc instead.
I tried to import the spreadsheet into Calc but failed miserably. I suspect that it was bamboozled by the macros.
Has anyone had more success along these lines? Thanks in advance.
Hi.
I'm afraid as good as OpenOffice is, it's Spreadsheet programme is let down badly by the lack of VBA, although I do appreciate the reasons why it was omitted (costs of licensing it, I believe).
I'm unable to offer a solution, sorry!0 -
Did a shop at the weekend and had to take a photo after my visit. The store is next to the mall exit doors and has blocked in stairs about 8ft away from the store front. At the bottom of the stairs is a large Sky TV stand, so you have to stand almost right in front of the shop to get a photo.
When I left, one of the staff members was standing in the shop front (it's just open) staring out into the mall. I faffed about looking in another shop window for a while, then had a pretendy phone call, but he was still just standing there and I didn't want to walk up and take his picture! Had to give up and leave.
Explained it all in the report but have been told that if I do not supply a photograph, the whole report is invalid and it will have to be reshopped
Dunno why a photo makes so much difference considering the main points of interest are surely the report. It was a really poor visit too, so it's important that what happened is passed onto the store as they'll be horrified when they read it!
Which company was this please? Name and shame.0 -

Yes, I signed up with them the other week. Had a couple of e-mails offering jobs (decent fees too) but I couldn't do either of them because of other commitmentsReally quiet for me this month too so I'm signing up to yet more agencies! Anyone had any experience with OB Services?
I don't usually trust companies who won't publish their address and office number. There is only a mention of someone's mobile number and ability to send emails.0 -

I've received quite a few emails claiming to be from MS companies like this over the past few days. They've gone straight to my spam box and they go to the email address I give out to everyone and not my MS and other work email, so I know they won't be genuine.
I would be careful about joining, Google them and see what you can find out and join through the link you find on Google, don't click on a link in an email.
Tbh, if they were genuine I doubt they'd be emailing people out of the blue to join.0 -

Ok, just out of interest tried just that - the first page has RE at number one, the Wiki page at 3, a few dubious looking ones, GRG next then Gap.
Adding UK to the end strangely puts Retail Maxim pretty high up and Tern appear towards the bottom of the page.
I would say GFK need to look into getting their website a bit higher up if they want more hits!0 -
TMDC have the scales totally stacked against newbies too. Registered with them in March last year, and got a job almost immediately. Then nothing until November. It's really hard to get past Bronze!
I just took everything, travelling all over the place, once you get to silver it isn't too hard to get to gold, and platinum is easy after that.
The problem with bronze is you only get to see the jobs after all the others have had their pick, so there isn't much left and it is all in Inverness!0
