I am in dispute with my bank,they are telling me that my card has definitley been used to withdraw cash from an atm{several times} I still have the card in my possession,is there a specialist I can take my card to that can tell me how many times the card has been used as the chip is still intact{although I have cut the card up as instructed by the bank }

My understanding is that the card stores no data for transactions, it only stores the PIN number and PAN number (card number) on the microchip.Best Regards
