The second cake isn't a cheesecake - I ordered one and got a carrot cake as the second cake.

    Both were delicious.

They certainly look good and no doubt taste good, but £35? Given the nature of the offer, is it really a BOGOF? Certainly not on cheesecakes. You get the 'cake of the moment' which was carrot cake for the OP. I couldnt find a carrot cake so is that cake really of the same value?
If the value matches then it is a good buy for what it is.

A good cheesecake is so much more than the type you can buy in a supermarket.

That said, I've followed the link on their homepage and liked them on Facebook in the hope of winning one!

That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.

£35 isn't that bad for 24 portions of amazing cake. Bet you've paid more than £1.50 a slice when eating out before now.

  • But when eating out you pay for the venue and the service etc!

This is the same cake sold by Prezzo and is delicious, but I think £35.00 for a cheesecake in the first place is crazy and works out almost £3.00 a slice! To try and say you are getting a great BOGOF deal here I think is just wrong.

£1.50 a slice for deulxe cake I think is an ok price but nothing more (bear in mind you are the customer buying in bulk so should get at a better price that this if you are buying 24 slices!).

Not a great deal imho due to over inflated price of the one you do have to buy, and also how quick can you eat 24 slices given that they will prob only stay fresh for a few days - in fact don't answer that :p

Only you arent getting 24 portions, you are getting a 12 portion cheesecake and an unknown cake of unknown size.
Not knocking OP but this is not a cheesecake BOGOF as the free item is not a cheesecake. Its bad advertising.
