They forgot to pack the free cars though and they are now out of stock! I ahve to ring back when they are in stock online and make them aware. A JOKE!

i ordered from elcc aswell but 12 pound more n still not recieved that either! n i ordered it a week b4 the mothercare!

I've just looked at mine to see if they have been sent and I went through to the order and it says the following:

There was a problem processing your order, please call customer service on 08453 30 40 70

I will ring tomorrow and see what they say!

Ignore my last, just rang them and it was because I hadn't updated my card details online so it went through on my expired card. Just given them my new card details and order now confirmed

The automated message at the beginning said that orders placed up until 15th from Scotland and the North East were being guarenteed xmas delivery and orders from elsewhere in UK made up until 19th Dec will be guarenteed xmas delivery.
