Banana Jam!

I have about 30 bananas that need using up and I've been searching for recipes. I was intrigued when I found banana jam (see here, here and here).

I was just wondering if anyone here has ever made any? Did it work out? I'm also not to sure how long it would keep, what do you think?

Hi,
The only time that I've made a preserve with banana in was apple and banana chutney (very nice).

Of the 3 recipes you showed,I liked the third one best.I would certainly have a go,but,sorry,can't give you any advice.

ive never made, but have bought banana and kiwi curd/jam (cant remmeber what it was lol) but it was lovely!
