    I'm working hard to complete the loft conversion over the festive period. Means we can get another lodger in to pay the mortgage. Not that I mind paying it myself but with some many generous soles out their willing to help pay off other peoples mortgages we'd be silly not to cash in on this craze.

    Thats a good idea. Will offset the falls in your homes value ;)

    Opening up to use ghouls? Having problems paying the mortgage? Would never of guessed.
