Smoothie maker

Has anyone got or can they recommend a good smoothie maker. Some have a tap and some dont. Also looking at the cheapest product fit for purpose out ther please.

Why not get yourself a blender as they are multi purpose. Would be more cost effective too.
You might end up using a smoothie maker a few times, then putting it away and forgetting about it, a blender can be used all year round and for most things.0 -
I use a hand blender for smoothies. It's very quick to use and easy to clean which means there isn't much hassle at all in using it. It can be quickly rinsed off or put in the dishwasher. We have a smoothie maker with a tap that got used a handful of times before ending up in the back of a cupboard because it was a faff to clean, same with our normal blender.Debt: Started at £4780, now at £4190
