I wanna buy a brita water filter

Our water is really soapy tasting so I thought I'd buy a water filter. Firstly does anyone know if they take the soapy taste out of tap water? And secondly has anyone seen them on special offer anywhere? I want the biggest one you can get that can still be put in the fridge door. Thanks for any advice.

Check in tesco, i know they had them in my store other day reduced to £6.??But first, the most asked question:
Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0 -
Not trying to put you off, but have you considered one of the undersink filters? You can pick one up on ebay quite cheaply and store bottles of water in the fridge. I used to have a filter jug but found it a bit of a nuisance to be honest.0

I love my brita filter jug, as our water is horrible. I drink loads and load of water every day (part of the weight loss plan) so i have bought 500 ml water bottles and when they are empty and I have about 8, I refill them using my jug and fridge them that way i have lots of cool fltered water ready and know how much i have drunk. It saves loads on buying littel cottles of water too!0

The kettle with water filter integrated looks ideal because we are a bit lax on drinking plain water anyway and the problem is mainly affecting our tea enjoyment. So thanks very much for the search!0
