Very well spotted. This is a mistake we are rectifying now. You do not need a reference number to enter, it is free to enter and open to all.
As you have visited the site before we regonise the cookie and presume you are a customer and ask for your ref no to save you the trouble of entering your details again. However as you may not have shopped you will not have a ref no. So while we fix this so that for a previous visitor without a ref no we ask you for your name and e-mail address, please follow this link to enter the comp. (This link does ask for a lot of detail (which is why we went down the ref no route) which the fixed version won't this will require name and e-mail only).
If you could spread the word about this fix please.
